A new smile in just one visit
A dental veneer is a thin shell-like covering for the teeth to quickly create long-lasting, bright, straight smiles.
Veneers are the favorite method of Hollywood celebrities to achieve a stunning smile—the famous “Hollywood smile.” Using beautiful, natural-looking porcelain, Dr. Kim will custom-design you a smile that best complements your looks and personality.
Using e.max, an extremely strong and durable porcelain, Dr. Kim can create very thin veneers that require little to no shaving down of the teeth, thus saving the tooth’s enamel, avoiding the need for anesthesia and making the procedure reversible.
Another option is to have your veneers created and placed in one visit using Dr. Kim’s CEREC 3D technology. He can design and mill the veneers in his own office lab, and adjust them until they are the shade and shape you like.

What Porcelain Veneers can do for your smile
The great benefit of porcelain veneers is their fast capability to fix many different smile blemishes. These include:
- Stained, discolored or yellowed teeth; especially for teeth that don’t respond well to whitening
- Chips, cracks
- Crooked or misaligned teeth
- Misshapen teeth
- Teeth that appear too small
One-visit Dental Bonding
An economical and fast alternative to porcelain veneers is dental bonding. Dental bonding can fix many of the same issues as porcelain veneers. Dr. Kim uses tooth-colored resin material applied to the teeth. It is hardened with an ultraviolet light and polished until it matches your other teeth.
However, compared to porcelain veneers, there is a limit to the translucency and shade that can be produced using dental bonding. Dental bonding is also less durable than veneers. To make an appointment, call (714) 832-8000 or click here to request an appointment online.
