This represents the maximum amount your insurance will cover in a 12-month period. For example, if you require a treatment in this time, your insurance provider predetermines a maximum cost within that year and if your service reaches the maximum, the additional cost is out of pocket.

Usually, basic services like cleanings and check ups are not included in the maximum. Contact us today and we can check with your provider.

Orthodontic Benefit Maximum

Typically Orthodontic benefits come with a lifetime cap. That means it does not renew and once these benefits are depleted, they are used permanently. The benefit covers a set number of visits or procedures.
